These loans are directly secured by commercial real estate in a marketplace that currently has a lack of capital and a negative economic environment. In this sense the firm believes this is an opportunistic fund targeting an annual rate of return of 11.0% over a 5-year projected period.

  Park Avenue Capital employs proven strategies which include thorough due diligence on the property/collateral as well as the borrower. The focus is on small balance commercial which is typically ignored by large banks. This includes Class B and C properties that are overlooked by larger funds.
